He later joined Citi Bank as a Manager, gaining valuable experience in corporate finance and financial operations before making a strategic transition into the fashion and lifestyle industry.
His move into fashion retail came with Zivame, where he spent nearly nine years, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth journey as Head of Finance. During his tenure, he led several strategic finance initiatives, strengthened financial governance, and supported business expansion in one of India’s leading intimate wear brands.
Most recently, Sourav was associated with NEWME, where he further enhanced his expertise in managing finance for a fast-growing, digitally driven fashion brand.
As he embarks on his new role at Arvind Fashions Limited, Sourav brings with him a rich blend of financial leadership, strategic planning, business transformation, and extensive experience across technology, banking, and fashion retail.
