Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited has announced the promotion of Shilpi Pachauri to Assistant Vice President – National Retail Operations Head, Louis Philippe.
Shilpai has been associated with the Aditya Birla Group since 2016, holding multiple leadership positions within Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL). Most recently, she served as Senior General Manager – Head of Retail Operations for Louis Philippe, where she successfully drove store performance, operational efficiency, and brand expansion.
Her earlier roles include GM – Retail Operations, leading retail sales and operations for Peter England RED and Peter England Girls & Boys (Kids), and Deputy GM – Sales, overseeing retail business operations and trade channels for the South Zone of the Peter England brand.
Prior to joining ABFRL, Shilpi worked with HDFC Ltd., bringing a strong foundation in business operations and customer engagement to her retail career.
