The Souled Store has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Nupur Sinha Kumar as Senior Vice President – Sourcing & Quality. In her new role, she will lead the company’s sourcing and quality functions, focusing on building resilient supply chains, enhancing quality excellence, and scaling vendor partnerships to support the brand’s growth ambitions.
Nupur joins The Souled Store with close to two decades of extensive experience across global and domestic apparel ecosystems. Most recently, she led sourcing, technical services, and quality at Styli India, where she was instrumental in streamlining sourcing operations, improving quality processes, and supporting rapid business expansion.
Her long association with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. saw her take on multiple senior leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President – Head of Sourcing and Assistant Vice President – Sourcing. During this tenure, she managed sourcing for women’s wear across ethnic and western categories, drove cost optimization initiatives, strengthened vendor ecosystems, and consistently delivered strong on-time and in-full performance.
Earlier in her career, Nupur held key roles at Triburg, Li & Fung (India), Gap Inc., and Tata International Limited, managing large-scale sourcing programs for leading international brands such as GAP, Banana Republic, Mervyn’s, and Ann Taylor LOFT. With her deep expertise in apparel and accessories sourcing, vendor development, and supply chain leadership, The Souled Store is poised to further elevate its sourcing and quality capabilities under her leadership.
