Shishir has been associated with the company for nearly four years, where he previously served as Senior General Manager – Sourcing. In his new role, he will continue to strengthen sourcing strategies and drive value across the knits and outerwear categories.
With over two decades of rich industry experience, Shishir has held key leadership roles at More Retail Ltd., Globus, and Ashima Ltd. before joining Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands. His expertise spans across product development, vendor management, and building efficient sourcing networks for large-scale retail businesses.
