RSWM Limited partners with Spain based Noize Design Studio (NDS9) to Establish Next-Generation Industry 5.0 Green Garment Manufacturing Platform in India
- RSWM Limited and Spain based Noize Design Studio (NDS9) have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement to establish LNJ NDS9 Global Private Limited.
- RSWM and NDS9 will hold equity in the joint venture in a 74:26 ratio, respectively.
- The joint venture will establish India’s first Next-Generation Industry 5.0 garment manufacturing facility, with an initial investment of approximately INR 186 crore.
RSWM Limited, the flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group and one of India’s leading textile manufacturers, today announced a Joint Venture with Barcelona-based Noize Design Studio (NDS9), an apparel design, product development and global marketing company, to establish a design-led, integrated garment manufacturing platform in India focused on premium denim and activewear for leading international apparel brands.
The joint venture will establish a state-of-the-art green garment manufacturing facility in India. Designed around Industry 5.0 principles, the facility will integrate advanced automation, latest-generation technology, digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, sustainability and human-centric operations to create one of India’s most advanced and future-ready apparel manufacturing campuses.
Phase 1 will have an installed capacity of 500,000 denim garments per month. Phase 2 will add an additional 10,00,000 denim/activewear garments per month, taking the total installed production capacity to 1.5 million garments per month. The initial investment for Phase 1 is estimated at approximately INR 186 crore
Speaking on the occasion, Riju Jhunjhunwala, Chairman & Managing Director, RSWM Limited, said,

Under the agreement, RSWM Limited will lead manufacturing, plant operations, procurement, quality systems and supply chain management, leveraging its decades of expertise in textiles and apparel manufacturing.
NDS9 will lead design, trend forecasting, sales and marketing, product development, merchandising, customer engagement and international business development, drawing on its design studios and fashion expertise across Europe, North America and Asia.
