Calvin Klein is strengthening its global merchandising leadership team with the appointment of Roberto Griso as Senior Vice President, Merchandising Planning, effective August 2026.
The appointment comes as the iconic fashion brand continues to sharpen its merchandising, product and commercial strategies, with a greater focus on driving sustainable growth and enhancing overall business performance.
Griso brings more than 15 years of international experience across merchandising planning, pricing, operations, sales planning and profitability. His extensive background in global commercial planning is expected to bring valuable expertise to Calvin Klein as the brand continues to evolve its product and merchandising approach.
Prior to joining Calvin Klein, Griso spent six years with The North Face, where he most recently served as Head of Global Planning & Go-to-Market (GTM). During his career, he has also held leadership positions with Timberland and Smartwool, along with earlier roles at The North Face.
With experience spanning multiple leading outdoor and lifestyle brands, Griso has developed a strong track record in global planning and commercial strategy. His expertise is expected to further strengthen Calvin Klein’s merchandising leadership capabilities and support the brand’s efforts to elevate its product and commercial strategy.
The appointment marks another significant step in Calvin Klein’s ongoing efforts to build a strong leadership team equipped to navigate the evolving global fashion and retail landscape.
