In his new role, Vyas will spearhead the Planning & Merchandising function with a focus on building sharper assortments, enhancing productivity, and optimizing inventory efficiency across Soch’s nationwide retail network.
With over two decades of experience in the fashion and lifestyle industry, Amit brings deep expertise in merchandising and planning strategies that have powered growth for leading Indian retail brands. Prior to joining Soch, he led Business Intelligence and Retail Planning at Bazaar Style Retail Pvt. Ltd., where he played a key role in shaping the company’s planning and retail intelligence systems. His earlier stints include leadership roles at Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd., Aditya Birla Retail Ltd., and Adani Retail Ltd.
Amit’s appointment underscores Soch’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric strategies. His extensive experience in retail dynamics and data-driven planning is expected to further enhance the brand’s merchandising agility and operational efficiency as Soch continues to expand its presence across India.
