Who is Showing Revolutionary Automated Sewing Models at Texprocess??

At Texprocess 2019, the Japanese company, Brother is going to release new models in automation and robotics. Texprocess, the international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials will be held from May 14-17, 2019, in Frankfurt, Germany. In this four days long fair, Brother will promote the Bas Nexio Bridge, Bas visio, Robotic system, and other products at Brother Booth in hall 5.0, stand B70. Brother will also show customised robot systems, for example, for hangers attaching for ladies’ wear and several other applications.

The Bas Nexio Bridge is Brother’s next generation of large automatic pattern sewers “bridge type” that enables high speed sewing and features sewing areas up to 1200×700 mm and a compact design to minimise space on the floor for factories, leading to a higher productivity of 20 per cent. In addition, the camera sewing system Bas Visio allows instant creating of sewing data for outline badges and patches.

The Robotic system is for the automotive industry, airbag production and many more applications. Brother is going to demonstrate a robotic system in combination with its BAS Nexio Bridge with an automatic loading of fabric. All Brother industrial sewing machines of the Nexio generation allow a revolutionary wireless system of automatic communication between machines and the internet network. In addition, the company will show the GTX – its next generation of digital direct to garment printers.
