With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Moideen is a respected HR professional known for his deep expertise in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, ESG and Vigilance functions. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including Machine Tools, Textiles & Apparels, Construction, and Education, bringing a multi-dimensional perspective to workforce management and cultural transformation.
Prior to joining Eastman Exports, Moideen served as the Vice President – HR at Gokaldas Exports Ltd, HMT Ltd and HMT Machine Tools Ltd, Bearys Group, Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd and Gokaldas Images known for iconic brands like Weekender and global sourcing strength.
Moideen’s proven ability to align people strategies with business goals has earned him recognition across the industry. His focus on ethical leadership, transparent communication, and inclusive workplace culture has consistently driven transformation and impact at scale.
