Gokaldas Exports Weighs Full Acquisition Decision by Year-End
Gokaldas Exports is evaluating a potential full acquisition of BRFL Textiles, a fabric and processing unit in which it invested in July 2023. Sivaramakrishnan Ganapathi, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Gokaldas Exports, confirmed that a decision on the acquisition is expected within the current financial year.
The potential deal aligns with the company’s broader strategy of vertical integration, aimed at strengthening control over fabric sourcing, accelerating growth, and reducing lead times.
