With extensive hands-on experience, Rizwan has led every aspect of quality management from style and fit analysis to pattern evaluation, grading, inline inspections, defect identification, and final audits. He has successfully implemented strong quality frameworks, ensured rigorous garment checks, upheld finishing standards, and driven seamless coordination among merchandising, sampling, production, fabric, and store departments. His proactive approach, technical insight, and ability to mentor QC teams have consistently elevated product performance and operational efficiency.
