Myntra Welcomes BERSHKA: Inditex’s Youth-Focused Fashion Brand Debuts in India

Myntra has announced the launch of BERSHKA, the youth-centric fashion brand from the Inditex group, on its e-commerce platform. This strategic collaboration strengthens Myntra’s international brand portfolio just ahead of the festive retail season, bringing BERSHKA’s trend-driven collection to over 70 million monthly active users.

Founded in 1998 and present in 68 markets, BERSHKA caters to the youth demographic with apparel and accessories inspired by streetwear and pop culture. The initial launch on Myntra will feature over 1,200 styles across Women’s Wear and Men’s Wear, including statement denims, oversized hoodies, cargos, and dresses.

The partnership aligns with Myntra’s strategy of curating a diverse range of international brands to serve its expansive customer base. Currently, Myntra hosts 450+ international brands, with nearly 45% of the demand coming from non-metro areas. Insights further reveal that  1 in 3 customers for international brands on the platform resides outside India’s top cities.

With a legacy spanning  over 18 years, Myntra offers a catalog of 4 million+ styles from more than 10,000 brands, achieving  98% market penetration  nationwide. The addition of BERSHKA reinforces Myntra’s position as a key gateway for global brands looking to tap into India’s vibrant retail market.
