Arpit brings over a decade of rich experience in the sports and lifestyle segment, having previously served at global powerhouses PUMA and adidas. He spent more than 9.5 years with the PUMA Group, where he led Buying and Merchandising, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and optimizing retail performance across India. Prior to that, he workes with adidas as an Assistant Manager – Merchandising, laying the groundwork for his deep understanding of consumer behavior and merchandising excellence.
In his new role, Arpit will oversee retail operations, brand expansion, and strategic growth initiatives for Reebok under the Aditya Birla umbrella, aiming to position the brand as a key player in India’s fast-evolving athleisure and performance-wear space.
