Textile Minister Smt. Smriti Z. Irani virtually inaugurated upgraded Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) of 18 MLD Zero Liquid Discharge at Balotra, one of the biggest processing clusters in Rajasthan in presence of MoS Kailash Choudhary & State Minister Parsadi Lal Meena.
Approved under Ministry of Textiles, Government of India IPDS, Balotra 18 MLD Zero Liquid Discharge CETP will help in maintaining ground water levels by providing alternate resource to 700 processing units in the region thereby saving livelihoods and bolstering opportunities for textile industries.
