Ricoma International Corporation is headquartered in Miami, US and has its manufacturing facility located in Shenzen, China. The state-of-the-art production facility with the spacious plant is operated efficiently to fill customers’ orders. Ricoma’s is now offered in India through VARDHMAAN AUTOMATION. At Gartex they displayed Ricoma Embroidery RCM -1501-TC-7S machine suitable for embroidery on caps and, finished garments.
The machine offers high definition true colour 8-inch LCD touch screen, maximum embroidery area is 800 mm x 500 mm, or 32”x 20”. The maximum speed is 1,200 stitches per minute and memory capacity of 20 million stitches or 200 designs. Machine reads multiple design formats, such as DST, DSB and more, 270° wide angle cap system,.
“The product is different from their competitors as they are offering Chinese technology while we are offering German technology so it will be a longterm investment. We have already sold up to 30-40 machines in the last six months so our business is going good,” said Ankit Jain from Vardmaan Automation, Distributors of Ricoma in India.
