Indian retail chain Shoppers Stop readies plans to lure more customers

India’s leading fashion retailer Shoppers Stop has introduced its ‘Wardrobe Refresh’ campaign to acquire new customers in the market.

Shoppers Stop ‘Wardrobe Refresh’ campaign will bring to you the latest trendy collections from more than 150 fashion brands. The plan attempts to bring back the elation of dressing up and shopping vis-a-vis the lure of discounts that is prominent today in the online retail business.

The campaign idea was brought to break away from the everyday look and give a free rein to the joy of shopping from the fresh fashionable and chic products at Shoppers Stop ahead of the festive season.

The company has even released a video which is inspires consumers to give a face-lift to their closets.

Shoppers Stop will also focus more on Artificial Intelligence (AI), to understand consumer behaviour. The aim is to work on analytics to know what the customers like to buy, when they like to come and how often they come.

Notably, the retailer had registered a net income of Rs. 834 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal, recording a whopping 363 percent growth in net profit. With the new campaign launch and plans in place, the company eyes even bigger returns.
