American fashion retail company JCPenney has today launched a new womenswear brand named ‘Artesia’. The collection has been made available in 400 stores.

The company states that Artesia is a collection of boho-style clothing featuring crochet cardigans and dusters, peasant blouses and tiered flounce tops with period-inspired elements such as flutter sleeves, lace, tassels and fringe.

“The boho trend appeals to many women and the fit is flattering on countless different shapes and sizes. With the introduction of Artesia, our customers can embrace the bohemian trend without spending a fortune, reinforcing our commitment to bring her elevated, on-trend looks at an incredible value,” said Jodie Johnson, Senior Vice President and Head of Merchandising at JCPenney

The pieces have been designed in earthy tones and paisley prints. It is being said that every product will be retailed at US $ 30 or less.

The company aims to expand its customer base with the launch of this new fashion label and emerge to be even more appealing to fashion-conscious women shoppers.

JCPenney is one of the US’ largest apparel and home retailers, present in over 860 stores across the home nation and Puerto Rico.
