Textile industry leader Ameet Kaul has announced his new role as Director – Yarns & Fabrics at Assurer World Wide, where he will spearhead the establishment of a new trading vertical focused on fabrics and yarns. In his new position, Ameet will drive strategic business expansion across India, Bangladesh, and China, creating a scalable and sustainability-driven business model for global textile trade.
With over two decades of experience across the textile, apparel, and fashion industries, Ameet brings deep expertise in business development, international trade, and strategic operations. Prior to joining Assurer World Wide, he held multiple leadership positions at Texcoms Worldwide, where he led Business Development and Strategy, driving sustainable growth, branding, and consulting initiatives across markets.
Ameet also served as Director – Strategic Business Development, strengthening partnerships and developing innovative business strategies. His previous tenure at Aladdin365 further showcased his acumen in strategic growth, marketing, and branding, contributing to the company’s market visibility and business expansion.
Earlier in his career, Ameet held key leadership roles in Technopak Advisors as Associate Vice President, where he worked in management consulting for the textile, apparel, and fashion sectors, and at Texperts India Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Fabrics, facilitating international trade of yarns and fabrics.
Ameet’s global journey spans across multiple geographies, having served as Managing Director at Schoeller Textile, a subsidiary of Spentex Industries in the Czech Republic, and as Resident Manager for its operations in Germany. He has also held senior positions with Hanes Brands Inc. in Bangalore, Yonex in Indonesia, Group CLC in Bangladesh, Adani Exports, and Ashima Group in Ahmedabad—building a strong foundation in textile sourcing, merchandising, and exports.
Known for his ability to merge business strategy with sustainable practices, Ameet’s appointment reflects Assurer World Wide’s vision to redefine textile trade through innovation, global partnerships, and responsible growth.
In his new role, Ameet aims to leverage his global experience to position Assurer World Wide as a leading player in sustainable textile sourcing and trade.
