The Children’s Place has welcomed Kiera Ganann as Senior Vice President, Head of Merchandising, strengthening its leadership team as the company sharpens its product vision and omni-channel growth strategy. In her new role, she will lead the merchandising function across all brands, driving product excellence and enhancing customer-focused assortments across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.

Kiera brings extensive global experience in merchandising and brand leadership. Prior to joining The Children’s Place, she served as Senior Vice President and Global General Manager for Ralph Lauren Sleepwear & Intimates at Delta Galil Industries, where she oversaw the global license, managing product development, distribution, and P&L while strengthening brand positioning worldwide.

Her earlier leadership roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Bolt Threads, where she focused on scaling innovative, sustainable materials through global brand partnerships, and Senior Vice President, Global Merchandising at iFIT, leading apparel, equipment, and nutrition categories across multiple brands and platforms. These roles reflect her ability to drive growth through innovation, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Kiera has also held senior merchandising and sales leadership positions at Levi Strauss & Co. and Ralph Lauren, where she played a key role in brand launches, omni-channel merchandising strategies, and wholesale partnerships. She began her career in leadership roles at French Connection, James Perse, and BCBG Max Azria, bringing decades of experience that will support The Children’s Place’s continued evolution and market leadership.
