Atreyee Chowdhury has been appointed as the Head of HR, People Partner – India Hub at Walmart Sourcing, marking a significant milestone in her professional journey in people strategy and organizational development. With over 17 years of experience, Atreyee brings deep expertise in Learning & Development, employee engagement, and associate experience. Prior to this, she served as Senior Manager at Walmart Global Tech India.
In her new leadership role, Atreyee will play a critical part in advancing Walmart Sourcing’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives and championing its employee-first agenda across the India Hub.
Before joining Walmart Sourcing, Atreyee held impactful roles at several renowned organizations. She worked as a Learning Solutions Specialist at ICF and served as a Learning Consultant at Tech Mahindra. Her prior roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Simplilearn and key learning and development positions at Accenture, IBM, and Cybage Software.
Her cross-functional and cross-industry experience, spanning instructional design, content strategy, and performance enablement, positions her well to lead people-centric transformation aligned with Walmart’s strategic goals.
