Value fashion retailer V2 Retail Ltd. reported a 79% year-on-year increase in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, reaching ₹6 crore (US$702,000), up from ₹3.6 crore (US$421,000) in the corresponding period last year.
The company’s revenue for the quarter jumped 69% to ₹499 crore (US$58.44 million), compared to ₹296 crore (US$34.6 million) in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
For the full fiscal year, V2 Retail recorded a net profit of ₹72 crore (US$8.43 million) on revenues of ₹1,884 crore (US$220 million)—its highest-ever annual figures.
The company continued its expansion during the year, opening 74 new stores and closing two, taking its total count to 189 outlets across India, covering a retail space of 20.27 lakh square feet.
