Denim maker introduces ‘herbal’ denim with nano technology

LNJ Group that is known for offering innovative range and products was seen at Gartex Denim Zone and showcased the recently launched herbal denim (which is made from aloe-vera and is known to reduce the itching caused by the bacteria and also help to reduce skin diseases). Along with that the company came up with stay cool denim and stay warm denim which adjusts to the body temperature. With the adaption of nano- technology which is a cellular fibre cross section the temperature is controlled. The company has mastered in the rigid denim section and their major buyers are the local brands as well as the 50-60-% market share is through exports.

The company also highlighted ‘Indigo check shirts’ and knitted denim with coating of aero finish.

“Our strength and USP is variety in yarns and production capacity which we offer for instance we produce 20 lakhs metres of denim per month. Our company is now planning to get into LNJ DENIM Brings Denims with finishes & Nano Technology knitting production and expand to garmenting also,” said Piyush Chandarana CEO, LNJ Denim. He appreciated the footfall of the exhibition and rated the exhibition to be an excellent platform.
