At the recently concluded 39th edition of the Garment Technology Expo (GTE 2026) at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Fab Nation Industries made a strong impact with its participation alongside global technology leaders MS Italy, J‑Teck, and Kiian Inks.

The company drew significant attention for its live demonstrations of both reactive and pigment digital textile printing, highlighting how advanced inkjet technologies are reshaping fabric design and sustainable production. A key highlight at the booth was a series of reactive printing results that replicated highly creative denim‑wash effects on conventional fabrics, alongside pigment‑printed styles optimised for reduced water and energy use.

What stood out was the ability to achieve rich, rugged denim‑like aesthetics—including distressed and washed effects—on standard fabrics without undergoing traditional denim processing. The fabrics offered a unique dual‑sided visual appeal, closely resembling authentic denim from both sides, opening new creative avenues for brands, designers, and exporters. In parallel, Fab Nation’s pigment printing demonstrations showcased how single‑step printing and curing can deliver vibrant colours and sharp details while dramatically reducing washing and finishing requirements.

Commenting on the innovation, Shashank Saraogi said, “This is the miracle of digital textile printing, which transforms imagination into reality.” He shared his insights alongside Vijay Bhan Singh, Sales Manager at Markem‑Imaje Pvt. Ltd., and Dario Bernasconi, emphasising how the combined strengths of reactive and pigment workflows are redefining product development, denim alternatives, and surface design in the textile industry.

These breakthroughs not only enhance design flexibility but also support more sustainable production practices. Digital pigment printing, in particular, can cut water usage by 60–70% compared with many conventional dye‑based processes, significantly lowering the environmental footprint associated with traditional washing and finishing stages in denim‑style production.

Fab Nation Industries’ presence at GTE 2026 reinforces its commitment to bringing cutting‑edge textile solutions to the Indian market. By collaborating closely with global partners MS Italy, J‑Teck, and Kiian Inks, the company aims to accelerate the adoption of next‑generation reactive and pigment digital printing technologies for high‑value fashion, home, and denim‑inspired applications.
