At Trendex Sourcing, Tushar is set to lead the company’s vision of creating a dynamic, innovation-driven sourcing ecosystem that connects international buyers with sustainable and high-quality manufacturing partners across Asia. The company aims to redefine the sourcing experience by integrating agility, transparency, and technological efficiency into every aspect of the supply chain.
Alongside this role, Tushar also serves as Director – Sales Division at Dongyi Sourcing Limited, further reinforcing his leadership presence across the apparel sourcing landscape.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Tushar built a rich professional legacy through leadership roles at some of the most respected names in fashion sourcing and retail. At Next Sourcing Limited, he spent over eight years leading global merchandising operations, managing product categories, and ensuring seamless coordination across design, production, and delivery functions. His expertise in category management, fabric sourcing, and supplier development helped scale Next’s manufacturing excellence in India and beyond.
Earlier in his career, Tushar held key roles at Forever New Clothing, Impulse International Pvt. Ltd., Dynamic Fashion Pvt. Ltd., and Modelama Exports, where he handled diverse international accounts including Esprit, Peek & Cloppenburg, Debenhams, and H&M. His extensive experience covers everything from product development and vendor management to quality control and logistics coordination — making him one of the industry’s most seasoned sourcing professionals.
