Apparel Group India Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Bhagyajit Singh Rekhi as the Head of Sales Operations for its Bath & Body Works division. In this role, he will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening retail performance, and scaling the brand’s footprint in the Indian market.
Rekhi brings with him over a decade of diverse retail leadership experience across premium and global brands. Most recently, he served as Head of Retail at Tarun Tahiliani, where he spearheaded expansion and enhanced customer experience strategies. Prior to that, he spent more than seven years with Bestseller India as Retail Operations Manager, playing a key role in managing store growth and operations for leading fashion brands.
Earlier in his career, Rekhi also worked with Adidas and Bata, gaining valuable expertise in retail operations and consumer engagement during his stints of nearly two years each.
