Before joining Victoria’s Secret, Behl made significant contributions at Forever New Apparels, where he served as Senior Manager – E-Commerce, leading innovative strategies that boosted online sales by 40% year-on-year. He played a key role in introducing new product lines that contributed over 5% of website revenue, and streamlined operations through Magento 2 system implementation and return-reduction policies.

Earlier in his career, Behl held multiple leadership roles at Forever New Clothing, where he honed his expertise in planning, merchandising, inventory optimization, and analytics-driven profitability. His career began with Marks & Spencer, where he gained foundational experience in buying and merchandising.

With Behl’s appointment, Victoria’s Secret & Co. India reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its digital ecosystem, enhancing consumer experiences, and building a robust e-commerce presence in India’s booming fashion and beauty landscape.
