In his role as COO, Praveen oversees production planning, supply chain coordination, merchandising follow-ups, and pre-production activities, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery at every stage. His leadership extends to close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Engineering, Production Planning & Control, Quality, and Manufacturing, to guarantee on-time delivery and first-time-right quality. He is also responsible for CSR initiatives, compliance oversight, and overall financial performance, reflecting his comprehensive management approach and commitment to operational excellence.
Before joining JJ Fabtex Pvt. Ltd., Praveen held several key leadership positions across renowned apparel and manufacturing organizations. At Seamtex India, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Business Head, where he was instrumental in developing new business verticals, managing global client relationships, and overseeing seamless production and sourcing operations.
His prior experience includes senior management roles at Super Fashions Limited, Metaphor Exports Pvt. Ltd. (Adigear Group), and Shree Bharat International Pvt. Ltd., where he led marketing, merchandising, and factory operations, enhancing production efficiency and customer satisfaction. He began his career with Ajanta Hosiery and Exports, where he gained hands-on experience in factory management and production systems.
