Reebok has announced the appointment of Arnaud Le Roux as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership transition at the iconic sportswear brand. Le Roux succeeds Steve Robaire, who has served as interim CEO since February 2025 and will continue in his role as Executive Vice President of the company.
Le Roux joins Reebok after a successful tenure as CEO of Groupe Royer, the parent company of brands such as Umbro, Kickers, and Caterpillar Footwear. His appointment brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to Reebok as it strengthens its presence and operations across Europe.
A seasoned industry leader, Le Roux spent 15 years at Adidas, holding several key leadership roles. His time at the company included six years as Vice President for the Greater China region and General Manager of the Adidas brand, followed by four years as Senior Vice President of the Adidas brand before his departure in mid-2021.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Le Roux has been active in sustainability-focused investment, serving as an investor and limited partner at Impactivist, an environmental venture capital fund.
The announcement comes as Reebok settles into its new global headquarters at Arthur Stanley House, 40–50 Tottenham Street, London, underscoring its commitment to Europe as a central hub for innovation, design, and brand growth.
Le Roux’s appointment is expected to accelerate Reebok’s next phase of evolution—blending its athletic heritage with modern lifestyle appeal and sustainability-driven initiatives.
