In his new role, he leads the strategic function for the Kids division, focusing on stock optimization, budget planning, store performance enhancement, and seasonal strategy execution to strengthen the brand’s market position.

Vidush’s career spans influential roles across leading fashion and lifestyle organisations. At Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd., he drove the Kids wear category across both offline and online platforms, managing portfolios worth over ₹80 Cr combined and boosting category sell-through through an effective omnichannel assortment strategy. His earlier stint at udaan saw him scale the B2B kids wear business 2X by curating region-specific collections, improving margin realization, and strengthening retailer partnerships. He has also contributed to United Colors of Benetton India and Lifestyle in roles that enhanced brand differentiation, improved planning systems, and optimized product assortments.

Beginning his journey with roles at Giordano and multiple internships across reputed apparel and export companies, Vidush built a strong foundation in OTB planning, sourcing, import coordination, budgeting, and range planning. With his diverse experience, analytical mindset, and leadership strengths, Vidush Mukesh is well-positioned to drive impactful strategic initiatives and contribute meaningfully to Tommy Hilfiger’s continued growth.
