An investors' meet for Jaipur, Jaipur Rural, and Dudu districts will be held on November 8 at the
Rajasthan International Center in Jaipur. In preparation for this, a discussion on investments took
place on Wednesday with members and officials of the Association of Garment Exporters Sitapura
(AGES) in the industrial area of Sitapura. The meeting was chaired by Additional District Magistrate
Kuntal Bishnoi, where garment exporters and business owners signed investment agreements worth
over Rs.1000 crore.
Attendees included AGES President Arif Kaghazi, Vice President Dinesh Gupta, General Secretary
Monu Karanani, Founder Dalpat Lodha, and Rajiv Diwan, along with more than 30 entrepreneurs.
During the meeting, members of AGES expressed interest in establishing units in a proposed new
industrial area by RIICO near Chaksu. In the presence of the Additional District Magistrate, officials
from the District Industries Center, and RIICO, MoUs for a Rs. 1,000 crore investment were signed.
These units are expected to be established within two years, providing employment to around
10,000 individuals and an investment of approximately Rs. 700 crore. Additionally, an MoU for ₹300
crore was signed for a private industrial park being developed by the entrepreneurs, named Internal
Green Park.
