Before joining Bestseller India, Manika led international and omni-channel brands at Myntra as Senior Director, steering global labels and driving impactful brand strategies. Her earlier role as Head of International Brands at Myntra further strengthened her command over brand development, marketplace growth, and consumer-centric curation. Prior to Myntra, she contributed significantly to More Retail Limited as AVP – Buying & Merchandising and spent a substantial tenure at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, where she held senior leadership roles in strategy and category management. Her journey also includes impactful stints across Aditya Birla Group’s leadership programs, retail buying for Allen Solly, and early experiences with ITC and Nike, where she honed her understanding of lean manufacturing, product lifecycle, and retail operations.

With her comprehensive experience across fashion, retail strategy, merchandising, and brand-building, Manika is poised to accelerate Vero Moda India’s growth trajectory. Her appointment reflects Bestseller India’s commitment to strengthening its women’s fashion portfolio and unlocking new opportunities across India’s evolving retail landscape.
