Before joining Bestseller India, Dhingra played a pivotal role in scaling international brands at Arvind Fashions Limited and held key leadership roles at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. and United Colors of Benetton India. Most recently, he successfully led Crocs’ business across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa—further establishing his reputation as a strategic growth leader.
