Known for its strong brand partnerships, omni-channel excellence, and consistent growth, Reliance Brands continues to reinforce its focus on operational scale and strategic expansion with this key leadership move.
Nitesh brings with him deep and diverse experience across retail operations, sales leadership, and P&L management. Over the course of his professional journey, he has held impactful roles at leading organisations including Reliance Brands Limited, BESTSELLER, Blackberrys Menswear, Royal Enfield, Arvind Fashions Limited, Nautica, iWorld – Apple Premium Reseller, and the Benetton Group, reflecting a steady progression across store-level, regional, and national leadership positions.
In his current mandate, Nitesh heads retail operations and strategy for HUGO BOSS and Paul & Shark, overseeing EBO, SIS, online, and omni-channel formats. He is widely recognised for his strategic acumen, operational rigor, and ability to scale brands profitably while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
In his new role as General Manager, Nitesh is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening retail performance, enhancing omni-channel integration, and driving sustainable growth.
