Prior to joining Trent Ltd., Azra served as a Cluster Manager at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd., where she successfully managed a diverse portfolio of 16 stores — including 8 US Polo Assn., 6 ARROW, and 2 Flying Machine outlets across COCO, FOFO, and FICO formats. Under her leadership, the cluster delivered an impressive 24 crore annual turnover, supported by a team of 70+ professionals.
Her core strengths include end-to-end hiring and training of operational teams, target setting, merchandise planning, franchise management, P&L handling, manpower budgeting, and driving ROI for franchise partners. Azra has consistently demonstrated her ability to enhance operational efficiency while building sustainable business partnerships.
