Prior to this role, Jain was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President for South Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Non-EU markets at Levi Strauss & Co., where she played a key role in driving expansion and strategic growth across critical regions. Her leadership was instrumental in strengthening the brand’s global footprint.
Over the years, Jain has held pivotal roles at top-tier organizations including Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), Nike India, McKinsey & Company, and Zivame. She is widely respected for her deep expertise in retail, consumer goods, and innovation strategy, making her a fitting choice to steer Arvind Fashions into its next phase of growth.
