Sumit brings extensive experience across retail, franchising, business development, and international market expansion. He previously spent over 16 years with Bestseller India, holding senior leadership roles including Chief Expansion Officer & Head – International Markets and Head – Business Development & Franchise. During his tenure, he played a key role in scaling operations, leading franchise-led growth, expanding into new geographies, and strengthening international business relationships.

Earlier in his career, Sumit led the launch and expansion of Cocoberry, India’s first premium non-fat frozen yogurt brand, with end-to-end responsibility spanning retail operations, marketing, team building, and strategic alliances. He also founded Siters Retail Solutions, a retail, real estate, and franchise advisory firm, and co-founded Webbing Unlimited, strengthening his entrepreneurial foundation and hands-on leadership experience.

With a strong combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a partnership-driven approach, Sumit is set to play a critical role in building scalable growth platforms at 91Brands.
