Before joining Apparel Group, Sambit had a distinguished career with PUMA India, where he served as Area Retail Manager – Partner Stores & LFR. In this role, he honed his skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and large-format retail operations, helping strengthen the brand’s presence in a competitive retail landscape.
His prior experience with Bestseller India further enriched his expertise. As City Manager, he successfully managed operations across multiple states, leading teams, implementing business strategies, and ensuring consistent growth. Sambit’s career also spans roles in store management at PUMA India Retail Pvt. Ltd., where he focused on sales tracking, staff training, and inventory management, starting from the frontline as a Service Trainee.
