Compass Tex has announced the appointment of Richa Sawhney as its new Regional Manager, bringing with her over 16 years of extensive experience in global sourcing, merchandising, and key account management.
Prior to joining Compass Tex, Richa held a senior position at Otto International, where she spent more than 25 years as Key Account Manager, building strong supplier relationships and driving business growth. She also gained valuable international sourcing expertise during her tenure with Macy’s, Next Sourcing Limited, Redcats.
In her new role at Compass Tex, Richa will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships, leading regional operations, and contributing to the company’s strategic expansion in the apparel and textile sector.
