Patrik’s journey with IKEA has spanned key roles in Ingka Russia, IKEA and Ingka Centres, IKEA India, IKEA Portugal, and IKEA Russia, underscoring his deep understanding of retail operations, market expansion, and cultural transformation. His return to India marks a strategic move to further solidify IKEA’s retail footprint in the country, where the brand continues to invest in omnichannel expansion and sustainable growth.
