Jay Franco and Sons Inc. announces the promotion of Damien Cossar to the role of Associate Director of Global Operations. Damien’s advancement reflects his strong leadership, strategic mindset, and the significant impact he has made across global operations since joining the organization.
In his new role, Damien oversees and supports global operations with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. His responsibilities span global insurance policy renewals, credit risk management, and new account onboarding, while also supporting sales teams across EMEA and Canada with strategy, pricing, logistics, retailer portals, and pitch presentations. He plays a key role in driving operational efficiency across regions, including vendor management, procurement, logistics optimization, and lease renewals, while also leading international trade show participation such as Heimtextil in Germany.
Prior to this promotion, Damien served as Senior Business Operations Manager at Jay Franco and Sons Inc., where he managed a wide-ranging portfolio covering global operations, HR administration, recruitment, compliance, and financial optimization initiatives. His ability to align operational processes with commercial objectives, combined with hands-on leadership of recruitment pipelines and internal systems, has been instrumental in supporting the company’s global growth.
Earlier in his career with Jay Franco and Sons Inc., Damien held the role of EMEA Account Manager, where he built and nurtured strong relationships with retailers and distributors across the UK and Europe. He successfully managed the end-to-end product lifecycle, launched and scaled e-commerce marketplace initiatives, led design briefings, collaborated closely with licensing partners, and negotiated commercial terms, strengthening the company’s footprint across the EMEA region.
Damien brings a diverse professional background, including experience with Airbus Protect in communications and project management roles, as well as early project management experience in France. His broad skill set across operations, sales, communications, and project leadership positions him well to continue driving global operational excellence.
