Premium leather goods brand Hidesign has appointed seasoned retail leader Aseem Pande as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), strengthening the company’s leadership as it accelerates its growth journey. Pande shared the development via a LinkedIn announcement, confirming his new role at the Puducherry-headquartered brand.
With over two decades of experience spanning fashion, lifestyle, QSR, and hospitality, Pande brings a strong blend of strategic, operational, and people leadership expertise. Prior to joining Hidesign, he served as Vice President & Head of National Retailing Operations at Arvind Fashions Limited, where he led large-format retail operations, distribution, franchise management, and profitability across multiple leading fashion brands.
Earlier, Pande held senior leadership roles at PVH Corp., overseeing the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger businesses. In these roles, he was responsible for business strategy, expansion, and talent leadership. His long association with Tommy Hilfiger India also saw him take on key positions including National Retail Director and Retail Director – North, further deepening his understanding of premium and bridge-to-luxury retail.
Pande began his professional journey in the hospitality and restaurant sector with renowned brands such as Grand Hyatt, Taj Hotels, Ruby Tuesday Jeddah, and Pizza Hut, where he developed strong foundations in operations excellence, customer experience, and team development before transitioning into fashion retail.
