Li & Fung has appointed Akanksha Srivastava as the Head of Human Resources for India. Based in Gurugram, she will lead the company’s HR function, focusing on cultivating a future-ready, employee-centric culture that aligns with Li & Fung’s strategic growth vision in the region.
Akanksha brings over 14 years of rich and diverse experience in human resources, having held key roles at leading global organizations including Hilti India, A.P. Moller – Maersk, LF Logistics, and Hughes Communications India. Her expertise spans HR business partnering, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
She has successfully implemented people strategies across India, the Middle East, and Africa, showcasing a deep understanding of multicultural and dynamic work environments. Renowned for her ability to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, Akanksha is poised to play a critical role in strengthening Li & Fung’s talent ecosystem, enhancing employee engagement, and driving agile, growth-focused HR strategies.
