Agilitas Sports Appoints Gourishanker Jha as Chief Digital and Technology Officer

Agilitas Sports, India’s homegrown sportswear and athleisure solutions platform, has announced the appointment of Gourishanker Jha as its Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CDTO).

With more than 25 years of expertise in digital product engineering, AI-driven transformation, and large-scale program leadership, Jha will spearhead Agilitas’s technology roadmap, digital strategy, and consumer engagement initiatives.

In his new role, he will drive the integration of digital platforms and services to deliver seamless consumer experiences, while enabling data-led decision-making and forging strategic partnerships to fuel the company’s long-term growth. His appointment comes as Agilitas gears up for a series of brand launches in 2025, backed by significant investments in performance product innovation and athlete-first experiences.

Prior to joining Agilitas, Jha served as Chief Transformation Officer at Movate, where he led the company’s evolution into an AI-first enterprise. He has also held senior leadership positions at Hexaware Technologies as Senior Vice President and Global Lead for Digital Experience, and at Publicis Sapient, managing global portfolios across automotive, mar-tech, and digital commerce. Earlier in his career, he contributed to transformation programs in omni-channel retail, ad-tech, AI, and customer experience at DXC Technology and Infosys.

Jha’s appointment strengthens Agilitas Sports’ leadership team as it advances its vision of building a global-first sportswear brand rooted in Indian innovation.
