At the recently concluded GTE exhibition, Sip Italy showcased PS342-FG1SIP.V2 for folding and attaching on the same workstation. Also, it has a cold folding device stretch denim fabric. The machine does not require any extra workers and helpers to manage the pocket pressing unit that saves area, energy and reduces running cost also. The machine uses original Brother sewing head, standard X-Y technology, hardware and software is also provided by Brother Japan, same as other Brother pattern sewer units. The machine is equipped with automatic device for quick pocket jig change. Multicolour touch screen 5.6’ programmed for multi- language is one of the important highlights of machine. The spare parts of the machine can be sourced from market locally at the best price and delivery. On an average the machine can produce 120 pairs / 1 working hour and 960 pairs / 8 working hours. Speaking about the response at the show Jay Nugessur, MD, Sip Italy shared, “The response has been good as we have met local manufacturers who have liked the technology”.
