At exhibition Loiko a company that offers various solutions for garment industry in form of button feeder with colour senser, autojig machine, button wrapping and knotting machine reported a good response. While interacting with Team Perfect Sourcing Shivalingappa N.G, Director,
Loiko said, “The USP of the machine is that in the same button feeder machine we have added some extra functions that saves on labour cost and time and production get double”. He also informed that 95%of market in Indian market is using button feeder by Loiko. The knotting and wrapping machine is used for wrapping and knotting of the buttons attached to garment after providing looseness in button stitch machine.
This process provides a strengthen steam of button which is attached to the fabric with looseness. By using this process the button hole placket fits easily into the button placket. Also, after fixing the button there is no expanding view of the button. No need of any kind specialised threads, colour matching is easy and cost of thread is cheaper.
Another machine showcased by the company was single needle lock stitch autojig machine for making collar cuff, etc.
The machine is used for making run stitch of collar, flap, shoulder tab, cuff, collar band joining, It gives the higher productivity as well as the consistency in the quality. Operations are done in single shot and no sensor stickers required. Jig movement by stepping motors ensures even stitches throughout the seam and combinations of different patterns and shapes possible.
It is a user friendly machine with LCD display and direct drive sewing head. While sharing about the market he said, “Market is slow but our company has been able to complete our targets in just eight months. The advantage of our machines is that the ROI is achieved in just 10 to 12 months. We are expecting good response and some good customers have already visited.”
