GTE 2025

The 37th edition of the Garment Technology Expo (GTE) 2024 will take place from February 12–15, 2025, at the India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida.

As South Asia’s most comprehensive garment technology exhibition, GTE showcases everything related to garment manufacturing. It serves as the premier platform for introducing innovations, technology upgrades, new materials, processes, and services in the garment and knitting industries across India. This year, GTE will be co-located with Bharat Tex.

Bharat Tex 2025 is a global textile event organized by the Textile Export Promotion Councils (EPCS) and supported by the Ministry of Textiles. The mega event will run from February 14–17, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, and the India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida. Bharat Tex is positioned as a global textile trade fair that highlights India’s capabilities as a leading textile manufacturing hub, covering the entire value chain—from raw materials to finished products.

During the curtain-raising event, Inderjit S. Sahni, Chairman of the Garment Technology Expo, said,

“As we celebrate our 25th anniversary with the GTE Delhi edition, I want to thank our valued partners for their unwavering faith and support, which have propelled us to new heights. We deeply appreciate your trust, and our team is committed to exceeding your expectations in the years to come.”

Ricky Sahni, Joint Managing Director of GTE, added,

“As a co-located show at Bharat Tex 2025, the upcoming edition of GTE will see more visitors and exhibitors than ever before. We expect over 900 exhibitors and brands from around the world, covering more than 2 lakh square feet of space and attracting 30,000 trade visitors. Leading industry players will be here to showcase their latest developments. Join us for the largest garment technology extravaganza.”

Ambrish Chopra, Director of the Garment Technology Expo, emphasized,

“This year’s GTE also marks our 25th anniversary. Since 2001, GTE has provided Indian garment manufacturers with the opportunity to stay updated with global trends and upgrade their manufacturing processes through the latest technologies. This enables Indian manufacturers to produce world-class, high-quality products and compete with countries like China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.”

GTE is the most comprehensive garment technology exhibition, offering complete solutions for garment manufacturers. It covers all industry segments, from cutting-edge machines to spares and consumables, infrastructure setup, raw materials, and trimmings to logistics and packaging solutions.

The expo showcases the latest international technologies from over 20 countries. Held annually in Delhi-NCR, GTE also hosts bi-annual shows in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, catering to the Southern and Western regions.

The primary draw for visitors is the opportunity to see the latest technologies in garment production, with live demonstrations from renowned technology companies across the apparel value chain.

GTE is known for progressive growth and is rated as the most comprehensive show in its sector. The event has earned its reputation through its motto, “Best today, still better tomorrow,” and is a trusted destination for trade professionals, including manufacturers, exporters, CEOs, MDs, production heads, institutions, and other high-volume consumers who come to explore, compare, and negotiate new machinery deals.

The show covers a wide range of garment manufacturing technologies, including CAD/CAM, spreading and cutting machines, sewing machines, laundry and garment dyeing machines, finishing equipment, fusing machines, embroidery and quilting machines, digital and screen printing, knitting machines, software solutions, packaging machines, accessories and trims, testing equipment, and support services.

Building on the success of previous editions, GTE 2025 Delhi-NCR promises to bring together all major technology brands once again. With the business environment being favorable, the industry must invest in new technologies to stay competitive.
