The objective of the Continuing Education (CE) Programmes is to help working executives and aspiring professionals through part-time weekend short- term “Power” courses to improve domain skill competencies.

ATDC courses include an Advanced Course, i.e., Textile & Fashion Business Specialist (International Certification) eight months integrated programme and Foundation Courses as Component Modules that consist of Garment Construction Essentials (four months) , Quality Assurance Control & Audit (three months) , Graphic Design(four months) and Start a Fashion Boutique (three months). These courses are offered by experienced faculty members from ATDC/NIFT/TIUK/NISTI and other distinguished industry experts.

ATDC is the largest quality Vocational Training Provider (VTP) dedicated to the Apparel Sector under the aegis of AEPC. Registered as a Society under Societies Act in 1996, ATDC was approved as a Nodal Agency by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India in 2010 for implementing the Integrated Skill Development Scheme (ISDS) of the MoT. The mission of The ‘Textile Institute’ is to promote professionalism in all areas associated with the Textile / Apparel and allied Industries worldwide. ‘ATDC-IAM Continuing Education Division’ was formally launched in 2018 with the main objective to engage the Industry professionals interested in upgrading their ‘skills’ and ‘competencies’.

The courses are designed for candidates aspiring to a career or career progression in the Textile & Fashion industry and who want to take things to a higher level.  Students can look forward to acquire recognized Professional International Qualification certified by the UK, which opens up new career avenues in fashion and textile industrial units. These units are best suited for optimal implementation of the programmes.
