LVMH announced the appointment of Ludovic Pauchard as Industrial and Craftsmanship Director of the LVMH Group and Executive Chairman of LVMH Métiers d’Art, effective September 1, 2025. He will report directly to Stéphane Bianchi, LVMH Group Managing Director.
In his new role, Ludovic Pauchard will lead the Group’s industrial strategy, driving operational excellence across all stages of production. He will also ensure alignment with LVMH’s core commitments to ethics, vigilance, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility.
As President of LVMH Métiers d’Art, he will be responsible for preserving and advancing the Group’s specialized craftsmanship and strategic artisanal activities, reinforcing the creativity and excellence that define LVMH’s Maisons.
