Ina Bajwa Joins Landmark Group as Group Head of Talent and Engagement

Landmark Group has announced the appointment of Ina Bajwa as Group Head of Talent and Engagement, marking a strategic addition to its Group HR leadership team. In her new role, Bajwa will be responsible for leading the development of a comprehensive talent strategy that supports Landmark’s expansive omnichannel retail and hospitality operations across 17 countries in the Middle East, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia.

Bajwa’s mandate includes aligning talent development with business objectives, driving executive succession planning, and strengthening leadership capabilities across the group’s diverse portfolio. Her appointment signals Landmark’s continued commitment to nurturing talent as a core driver of sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Landmark Group, Bajwa served as Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital and held key HR leadership roles within the Tata Group for over a decade. She has also worked with global organizations such as HSBC and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in senior human resources roles, gaining a wide-ranging perspective on talent management in dynamic business environments.

With Landmark Group’s strong emphasis on talent-led transformation, Bajwa is expected to play a crucial role in advancing employee engagement and organizational performance through strategic people initiatives.
