Fashion label Zara launches its capsule outerwear collection

Spanish fashion brand Zara is amplifying its presence in the outerwear section with the launch of ‘TRF Recycled’ collection. As the name suggests, the assortment is full of sustainable, chic attires made from recycled polyester derived from plastic bottles.

A tagline ‘Please Recycle’ is printed on belts and hoods to the wearer of the noble message.

The capsule collection will be retailed at prices up to £ 160. A silver puffer jacket retails for £ 95.99, while a puffer coat costs £ 119.

The range also includes joggers, technical backpack, trainers, and waterproof, two-in-one parka, which is the most costly article.

In another development, Zara has opened its sprawling Sliema flagship store. It is being said that the expansion had cost € 4.2 million and the store will be one of the biggest stores in Europe.

A Zara representative reportedly said that the outlet is set on five floors. Two floors are dedicated to female fashion, one floor houses menswear; another floor stocks childwear while one is for Zara Home. The remaining two floors will be used as warehouse.
